Terms & Conditions

1. Please be aware of fake accounts replicating the competition. Vision and Flow LTD, The Exchange London, or any of our partners will never ask for card details or money transfers associated with this competition.

2. This competition is being run by Vision and Flow LTD.

3. The competition is open to anyone who correctly enters the competition and is eligible to visit The Exchange London. You must be over 18 to enter. Staff members of The Exchange London are not eligible to enter the competition. No payment will be taken from any entrants.

4. Entrants via Instagram must tag a friend they’d in the comments, like the competition post on @theexchange.london, follow @theexchange.london, and complete the survey: www.surveymonkey.com/share/88696a65-b369-4be9-87d1-889a5e569f16

5. There will be one winner, who will receive a £50 amazon voucher. The winning entrant must be at least 18 years old.

6. The prize cannot be exchanged for money or any other type of goods and cannot be regifted to another person.

7. The competition closes on Friday 30th January 2026 at midnight. A computer programme will be used to randomly generate the winner.

8. The winner will be notified via Instagram by Friday 6th February 2026, with a DM asking for the full name of the winner to be added to the event guest list.

9. The competition prize will be valid for use only on the specified date provided to the winner.

10. No responsibility will be accepted for incomplete entries.

11. In the event of a dispute, Vision and Flow LTD’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

12. By entering the competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

13. Vision and Flow LTD reserves the right to refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

14. Please retain a copy of these terms and conditions for your records.

15. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

16. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned — including but not limited to computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter that affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion — the Promoter may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate affected entries.

17. All participants and entrants in this competition completely release Instagram and Facebook from all liability.

18. By entering this competition, you acknowledge that the promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook or any other social media platform used throughout this promotion.
