one year ago, Fal’s Own Club started with a simple idea: creating a space where mothers could get outside, connect, and feel more like themselves alongside motherhood.

since then, we’ve welcomed so many amazing mums through walks, events, workshops, and shared experiences. what began as a walk club has grown into a community built on care, connection, and friendship, which is possible because all of you!
